This is one of the densest agaves I have ever found. At 54” most agaves would be in D or C# and weigh around 3 lbs. The very thick walls and weight really affected the key and I was blown away when I first played it to find it was in B. This has more of a traditional eucalyptus combined with agave in its sound because of its weight and thickness. Such a unique and mesmerizing bass filled drone that has amazing back pressure and takes very little breath, like all agaves, even with its weight. Beautiful vocal and overtone capabilities also stand out. The curves, pigments, and shape of this stalk  are stunning. I also added many turquoise inlays for added beauty. It can play in any style and is amazing played in an ambient, meditative style. This is a rare find and such a piece of art in sound and appearance!
